Returns and Refunds Page
We don’t do refunds if you change your mind. We make every rug to order - once it’s made, it’s yours. That’s part of what makes each piece special (and why we only make 100 of each design).
BUT - if your rug arrives damaged, defective, or the print looks off, we’ve got you. Just email us at info@rafesstudio.com with a photo and we’ll either send you a replacement or refund you. Your call.
We can’t accept returns just because you didn’t vibe with it, or if it starts to wrinkle - rugs are tricky to resell once opened, and we’re not trying to pass used ones to someone else. Fair’s fair.
If something’s wrong, write to us. We’ll fix it fast.
