We don’t have a 24/7 support team with fake names and copy-paste replies.

We have… us. A couple of humans who made these rugs and genuinely care that you get what you paid for (and maybe even love it).

We typically reply within 1–2 business days, unless it’s the weekend, a national holiday, or we’re elbow-deep in shipping labels and coffee. But yes, we always reply.
